My Chinese ATV won't shift above 1st gear - see details!? - turn an atv into a dune buggy
This is a 3 speed with reverse, 125 cc (ATV Teen) size. He is back and forth between 1st Gear and neutral, but not in the 1st Gang instead.
For troubleshooting, I took the bowl and discussed all the parts inside. Nothing is bent or broken. Back to riding, I have adjusted the screw in the center of the entire deck of the right way and then put in 1 / 4 turn, I am far left and tried to change after the conversion, each 1 / 4, to no avail. All this was during the operation and the 1st Gang done. At a time when the shift lever "feel" as if I am 2nd Change course, because you "feel" a blip "in the marriage if you press the joystick down to move to the next speed.

You have 2 options --
1) Dis-assembly of engine and transmission repair - Bent fork.
Good luck finding parts.
2) Use as is.
The screw that was the game that is set with the clutch.
The clutch has nothing to do with the problem of evolution.
